Condominium Unit No. 328, Building 13625, of Musa at Daniels Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2006000193278, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
