Notice is hereby given of the termination of the Florida guardianship of the ward ALEXANDRA NICOLE BLYTHE. The guardianship will be terminated in Florida because of the ward's change in domicile to another state. The case is presently pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division. The address for the clerk of the probate court is Post Office Box 2278, Fort Myers, FL 33902-2278.
The Florida Guardian, NINA BLYTHE STRICKLAND, has been appointed guardian of the ward in the State of Tennessee. The address for the guardian's attorney in Tennessee is Bill Fix, Esq., Fix Law, PLLC, 408 N. Cedar Bluff Rd., Ste 260, Knoxville, TN 37923.
A petition for discharge is pending in the Florida guardianship based upon the change of domicile of the ward. The guardian filed a final accounting on January 16, 2019, has applied for discharge on January 16, 2019. If there are no objections, this matter may be resolved without hearing and the jurisdiction over this case will be transferred to the Chancery Court for Knox County, Tennessee.
Any objections to the guardian's final report or to the petition for discharge must be filed with the clerk of the Florida court within the later of 30 days after service of these pleadings upon interested persons or the date of first publication of this notice. Objections shall be in writing and shall specify the nature of the objections with particularity. If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 90 days, any objections shall be deemed abandoned.
The date of first publication of this notice is January 25, 2019.
