NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on June 12, 2018, in Civil Action 16-CA-001872 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TREEHOUSE COOPERATION, is the Plaintiff and CAPITAL PROPERTIES GROUP is the Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM on the 8 day of Feb, 2019, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
