NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in 18-CA-002112 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. KAISER A/K/A ROBERT ARNOLD KAISER, JR.; ROBERT A. KAISER A/K/A ROBERT ARNOLD KAISER, JR., AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT ARNOLD KAISER, JR. AND SANDRA FAY KAISER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; SANDRA F. KAISER A/K/A SANDRA FAY KAISER F/K/A SANDRA F. BEARD; SANDRA F. KAISER A/K/A SANDRA FAY KAISER F/K/A SANDRA F. BEARD, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT ARNOLD KAISER, JR. AND SANDRA FAY KAISER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ROBERT ARNOLD KAISER, JR. AND SANDRA FAY KAISER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
