Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15 day of January, 2019, and entered in case No. 18-CC-1632 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VARSITY LAKES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, NORMA E. GILMORE et al, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block E, Varsity Lakes, Phase IV, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Pages 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
A/K/A 4508 Varsity Circle, Lehigh Acres, FL

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
