Deceased Lois W. Paugh, a resident of Lee County, Florida, who died on November 23, 2018, was a Grantor/Settler of a trust entitled LOIS W PAUGH REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedents estate to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of Florida Probate Code. The name and address of the trustee are set forth below.
Filed in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FLorida 33901 on January 14, 2019. The names and addresses of Petitioner are set forth below.
The Clerk shall file and index this Notice of Trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exist a probate proceeding for the Grantor/Settlors estate in which case the Notice of Trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the Personal Representatie.
