NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-CA-000791 ofthe Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Lawrence R. Taylor a/k/a Lawrence Robert Taylor, Deceased; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ; Cynthia June Lowe a/k/a Cynthia J. Lowe a/k/a Cynthia L. Lowe; Lorrie Ann Kundrat f/k/a Lorrie Taylor Coyle; Lawrence Alfred Taylor; Carol J. Exter; Zachary James Taylor; Bryan Taylor; Erica Lynn Taylor are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the March 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 67, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 8, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
