NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2019 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on February 21, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 47, BLOCK 1, PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 5 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
