NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on March 13, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
The North 794 feet of the East 250 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Less the North 25 feet for road right-of-way,
and
The North 794 feet of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Less the East 495 feet thereof, and Less the North 25 feet for the road right-of-way, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, State of Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
