NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27, 2018, and entered in 13-007332-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and KELLY LOKHAISER; MIKE BURGESS DBA INTEGRADAY INVESTMENTS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; VALENCIA PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MICHELE L. BURGESS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
