NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2019, and entered in 08-CA-021518 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and MARIA ELENA GUEVARA A/K/A MARIA E. GUEVARA; DIEGO E. GUEVARA A/K/A DIEGO GUEVARRA; ALWAYS GREEN, INC; ARBOR GREENE OF NEW TAMPA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JUAN RIVERA are the Defendant(s).
