NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 12, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-001106 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Reginald J. Anderson; Melissa N. Anderson; River Bluffs of Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc. a/k/a River Bluffs Homeowners' Association, Inc. a Dissolved corporation; Ford Motor Credit Company LLC f/k/a Ford Motor Credit Company are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, RIVER BLUFFS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
