Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment D, Building #32, and an undivided 2.191 percentage of interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Unit III, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4040, Page 733 through 771, inclusive, as amended in O.R. Book 4119, Page 1034, and in O.R.
