NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2017 and the Court's Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered January 16, 2019, in Case No. 2014-006410-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-76, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-76, is the Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS LOFGREN A/K/A NICHOLAS H. LOFGREN A/K/A NICHOLAS HENRY LOFGREN A/K/A AVA FRANCHESCA LOFGREN, ET AL., are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on February 13, 2019, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 13, LESS THE WEST 17 FEET, BLOCK A, FAIRVIEW ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 18-20 North Evergreen Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755-5127.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
