NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure, dated July 2, 2019, wherein ON CALL REALTY MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and JOSE L. QUIROGA and DIEGO L. QUIROGA, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of August 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
LOT 118, of RIDGE AT CROSSING CREEK, PHASE II, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 20, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
