RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 11, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2014CA006340AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT SPAR A/K/A ROBERT HOWARD SPAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 149 of LAKESIDE PRESERVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page(s) 1 through 20, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
