THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, ALL OF LOT 4, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 5, THE RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF LOTS 16 TO 23, INCLUSIVE, IN BLOCK E OF HILL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MAYERSOHN LAW GROUP, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 NE 3rd Avenue, Suite 1250, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
