Somes a/k/a Corydon Lynn Somes, Nancy R. Somes, High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc., Ridgewood Lakes Master Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the July 23, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
