YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, MID-PARK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 5 FEET THEREOF, ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT 9, BLOCK 3, BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY A LINE LOCATED PARALLEL TO AND 5 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NINTH STREET, ON THE WEST BY THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PARKHURST AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTHEAST BY THE ARC OF A CIRCLE WITH A RADIUS OF 19.5 FEET, WHOSE CENTER POINT IS LOCATED 22 FEET SOUTH AND 17 FEET EAST OF SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PARKHURST AVENUE, SAID CENTER POINT LYING SOUTHEASTERLY OF SAID ARC.
