NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 25, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-003925-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRAD L. KOEHLER; CYNTHIA B. KOEHLER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A PAIGE GILLESPIE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A LINDA WARREN; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collie County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on July 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, ISLAND WALK TOWNCENTER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 73 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
