NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered June 24, 2019, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Collier County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 124, GREENLINKS I, a condominium according to the the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2800, at Page 1110, of the public records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

for cash in an In Person Sale at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, lobby on third floor beginning at 11:00 AM on July 25, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
