NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-002918-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and ANDREW TENNENT, JR., et al., are Defendant(s).
I Crystal Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, FL 34112 on July 25, 2019 beginning at 11:00 o'clock a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, OF AVILA AT GREY OAKS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
