NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21, 2019 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001817-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and OSCAR CID, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 16, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
