NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003796 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-14, Plaintiff and Glenn Hixon Helton et al. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on July 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 72, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGES 36 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
