NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2019, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on July 25, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, for the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 107, Building C, of Phase 4 of The Fairways at Emerald Greens, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1644, at Page 1368, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
