NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated, April 25, 2019 and entered in Case No. 112018CA0004670001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and LINDA LINNER A/K/A LINDA D. LINNER; LINDA LINNER A/K/A LINDA D. LINNER AS TRUSTEE UNDER AN UNRECORDED TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS THE LINDA D. LINNER REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2007 DATED MAY 29, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LINDA D. LINNER REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2007 DATED MAY 29, 2007; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA LINNER A/K/A LINDA D. LINNER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/KA KAREN ELDRED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, N.A., ITS SUCCESSORS AND OR ASSIGNS; VILLAGE WALK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 330, VILLAGE WALK, PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
