NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 30, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 005113 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER NICHOLS; PAULA KELLY; LAKE SARASOTA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CASSIE SMITH; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on July 17, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 922, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 10, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
