NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered and entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-010832 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF KATHLEEN R SENIOR, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAT FRANK, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 18, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 62, IN BLOCK A, OF COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B, TRACT 21, PHASE 1, A PORTION OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 15-1 THROUGH 15-3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
