NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-003677-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, S. Lorraine McReynolds, deceased, Alan S Chuckran, Amy Rai Grainger a/k/a Amy Grainger, Catherine Maria Chuckran, Corina Ann Tanguay, Curtis E Chuckran, Denise M Perry, Jayne E Cloutier a/k/a Jane Cloutier, Jon Tanguay a/k/a John Tanguay, Louis R Busi, Pamela D Douglas, Richard Joseph Tanguay, Robert L Busi, Ronald L Tanguay, Theresa A. Farina, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 23, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
