Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 18-8615-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 123 OF BUIDING NO. 11-2, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
UNIT NO. 123 OF BUILIDNG 11, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGE 1985 THROUGH 2108 INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136 INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 2, 2019. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
