Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 26, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 76, LESS THE EAST 16 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 77, LESS THE WEST 37 FEET THEREOF, RIVIERA HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13546 BINGLEWOOD AVE, SEMINOLE, FL 33776; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 31, 2019 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
