Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause on May 6, 2019 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 24, 2019, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit/Lot No. 503 of BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to the Declaration of Master Form Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 7496, Pages 437 through 454, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 503 issued by the Cooperative to Wayne A. Wanshek LLC evidencing its percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is Lot 503, 18675 U.S. Highway 19 N., Lot 503, Clearwater, FL 33764, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 20-29-16-03290-000-5030.
TOGETHER WITH the mobile home identified as a 1969 CHAT Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers 41758A and 41758B and Title Numbers 0003904953 and 0003904954.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 25, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. PURCHASERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED FOR RESIDENCY IN THE PARK IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARK RULES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
