NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 13, 2019 in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2014-004511-CI, in which William Silzell, as Trustee of the Silzell Family Trust, an Arkansas Trust, as the Plaintiff, and Kerry Lynn Stricke; Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors and beneficiaries of Jerry D. Reid, deceased; Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors and trustees of Ingolf Lenhardt, deceased; Karin Lenhardt; Transamerica Consumer Finance Holding Company as Successor by Merger to Metropolitan Mortgage Company; Sea Horse Park Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tropic Property Management, Inc.; William Silzell; and the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, as Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendants to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 139, as shown on Condominium plat of SEA HORSE MOBILE HOME PARK, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 5 and 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed December 24, 1986 in Official Records Book 6391, Pages 168 through 207, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with the mobile home on the property: 1965 SWMH #255XFDR9787.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of July, 2019, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
