NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for May 16, 2019 dated the 10th day of May, 2019, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 17-004087-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 66, IDLEWILD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
