NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 14, 2017 and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2019, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-008302-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ANDRES SOTO; SILVIA MENDEZ-SOTO, FOREST RIDGE AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LUIS ANGEL CAMACHO and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A IRIS SOTO, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on AUGUST 20, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
