NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-009749-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-8, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8, is the Plaintiff and Fairway Glen at Meadow Woods Condominium Association, Inc., Emiliano Pintos, Unknown Party # 1 n/k/a Yadiara Biez, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the July 30, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 102, PHASE I, FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5171, PAGE(S) 2411, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE(S) 132, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
