UNIT C, BLDG 4, TUCKER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 9076, PAGE 3637, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 15357 OAK APPLE CT, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
