NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA008773A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Kendra Aiken Leslie a/k/a Kendra A. Leslie a/k/a Kendra Leslie; Unknown Spouse of Kendra Aiken Leslie a/k/a Kendra A. Leslie a/k/a Kendra Leslie; Florida Housing Finance Corporation f/k/a Florida Housing Finance Agency; Silver Pines Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 5th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, SILVER PINES POINTE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
