NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 1, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA009290A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2006-OA1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA1 is the Plaintiff and Savitri Bridgemohan; Unknown Spouse of Savitri Bridgemohan are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, FORREST PARK, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
