NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA005043AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, is Plaintiff and LOUISE SARNA; JOHN J. SARNA A/K/A JOHN SARNA; WATER OAK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1ST day of AUGUST, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, WATER OAK, UNIT NO. ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 136 THROUGH 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
