AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and MELANIE LACANIC, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RITA G. CHIEPPO, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARGARETE BURDGE; HUMANE SOCIETY OF SARASOTA COUNTY, INC.; GOODWILL INDUSTRIES-MANASOTA, INC.; HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SARASOTA, INC.; THE SALVATION ARMY; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
