NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 3, 2019, in Case No. 2019 CA 1002, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on August 7, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 3, less the East 1 foot thereof, Block J, BRADEN MANOR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 66, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
