Final Judgment was awarded on June 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA000736AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH A. BRALEY; SPRINGCASTLE CREDIT FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CASA LOMA, INC.; J. PATRICIA COWAN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CRAIG RANDLETT; are Defendants.
