NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-001979 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which FBC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Leslie J. Guerrero, Luis G. Guerrero, Carlisle Grand Homeowners' Association, Inc., Vrenlly Cruz Guerrero, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 115, CARLISLE GRAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 161, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
