NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001480-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CVF III MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST II, Plaintiff, and GIGI MOERS AKA LYDIA MOERS, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of August, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK 205 OF MARCO BEACH UNIT 7, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGES 55 - 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
