NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2019, and entered in 11-2019-CA-000325-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2005-HYB1 is the Plaintiff and DAVID WERNING A/K/A DAVID A. WERNING; VIRGINIA K. WERNING; SLM FINANCIAL CORPORATION et al are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
