NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA003474CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF GEORGE GIANOUTSOS, DECEASED; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; HARRY GIANOUTSOS; CHRIS GIANOUTSOS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE GIANOUTSOS, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LINDA GIANOUTSOS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 101, COUNTRY ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
