NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2019, and entered in 2016CA001121 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein URBAN FINANCIAL OF AMERICA LLC is the Plaintiff and GULF HARBORS WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE SALVATORE MANGIAMELI & LOUISE MANGIAMELI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 11, 2001; GULF HARBORS BEACH CLUB, INC.; MARIA MANGIAMELI AKA MARIA DIPIERRI; SALVATORE MANGIAMELI, JR; DOMINIQUE DIPIERRI; ALANA DIPIERRI; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SALVATORE MANGIAMELI & LOUISE MANGIAMELI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 11, 2001; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THE SALVATORE MANGIAMELI, DECEASED are the Defendant(s).
