NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003075 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2019 and entered in the same case, where, ROSE ACCEPTANCE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and BONNIE GAY AYRES; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A AARON REYNOLDS; and UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A LAURA EDSELL, are Defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
