NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 5th day of April, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Paula S. O`Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of August, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 292, Southern Oaks Unit Three-B, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 35, page 56-62, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
